Tyronn Lue's  Los Angeles Clippers suffered a one-point home loss against Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday night in the NBA 2022-23 regular season. Clippers star forward Kawhi Leonard received a technical four for arguing with the referee while Terance Mann was ejected with back-to-back techs for complaining excessively to the official. The two-time NBA champion opened up on his technical foul and Mann's ejection in a post-game interview.

The game was full of action due to the disputes between players and referee, and Paul George's scary injury among others. The 32-year-old George suffered a horrific right knee injury after he collided with OKC  guard Luguentz Dort in air and landed awkwardly late in the fourth quarter.

With less than five minutes remaining in the second quarter, Kawhi Leonard attacked the rim and was clearly fouled by Thunder guard Aaron Wiggins, but the game official felt otherwise and didn't blow the whistle. This forced Leonard to show his frustration with the decision and received a technical foul while Clippers' Tre Mann was shown two technical fouls, leading to his ejection for complaining and exchanging words with the referee.

In a post-game interview, Kawhi revealed his conversation with the referee, where he accepted his mistake for not calling the foul on that play. The Clippers forward said, "He said he gave me the tech because I clapped in his face. He came back in the 2nd half and said, it was his bad."

He also shared his thought on Terance Mann's ejection, which he felt was wrongly judged as he said, "With T-Mann, I really didn't see him do anything too malicious out there."
