England Test captain Ben Stokes started his rehabilitation after knee surgery last month as he gets ready for the upcoming Test series against India. Stokes took to Instagram to share this update and revealed that he has been doing well and hopes to make further progress in the next two weeks.

Stokes completed successful surgery on his left knee on November 29 after coming back into the ODI side for the 50-over World Cup which started in October. With his limited physical capabilities, Stokes played the World Cup as a batter and struggled with England having a disappointing campaign.
Coming back to Stokes' recovery, the England all-rounder shared how he has managed to put in some great work in the gym as the swelling has gone down with a lot of icing. The post said, "2 week post knee op. First 2 weeks was just relentless icing to get the swelling down and very small amounts of exercises to keep my knee moving. Great to be able to start some work in the gym, hoping for good progression over the next 2 weeks. Rehab been going really well."
