Sania Mirza first title after 2020 Hobart International

Notably, this is Sania Mirza’s first title since her 2020 Hobart International victory. The Indian reached in a final of Cleveland Open this year along with USA’s Christina McHale but lost in the straight sets 7-5, 6-3. However, the Indian tennis star, who was searching for her 43rd WTA doubles title, has come out victorious this time with China’s Shuai Zhang.

Just after Mirza won the Ostrava Open title on September 26, she mentioned her son Izhaan and revealed that her son asked her to bring a trophy back home for him and she proudly completed the word.
