Pakistan cricketer Shoaib Malik got married to popular Pakistani actor Sana Javed amid divorce rumours with Sania Mirza. This news from the cricketer comes after the Indian tennis star had recently shared a cryptic Instagram story citing the divorce rumours.
Malik took to social media to share pictures from his wedding ceremony with the popular Pakistani actor on Saturday, January 20th. “Alhamdullilah ❤️ ‘And We created you in pairs”, the cricketer captioned the post.
It is to be noted that Malik wished the Pakistan actor on her birthday in March 2023. While there have been talks around Mirza and Malik’s divorce for more than a year now, his wishes for Sana Javed on March 27, 2023 has sparked the rumours of divorce with Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza.
Earlier Mirza had reignited the divorce rumours with the post on Instagram. “Marriage is hard. Divorce is hard. Choose your hard”, a part of the quote read. Notably, last year the 41-year-old Pakistan cricketer also missed his son’s birthday. However, while speaking to a Pakistani media outlet, the cricketer said, “When they (Sania and Ishan) went to perform Umrah I had commitments here and when I took a break and went to Dubai to spend time with Izhan, she (Sania) had commitments in IPL.”
