India’s star youngster and opener Shubman Gill was seen posing with Manchester City stars Erling Haaland and Kevin De Bruyne after the Premier League giants won their first-ever UEFA Champions League title this season. The 23-year-old opener posed for pictures alongside the European Champions, who had an outstanding season as they won the Premier League as well as the FA Cup and the UCL in great style to complete a treble.

Shubman Gill was also present alongside Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma at the Wembley Stadium to watch the prestigious FA Cup final between Manchester City and Manchester United. City won the game 2-1, courtesy of a match-winning brace from Ilkay Gundogan.

The Indian youngster can be seen in a picture with Erling Haaland and with KDB in another picture alongside Binwant Behgal who is the marketing manager for Puma.  Gill took to Instagram to post the pictures and captioned the post, "@mancity congratulations on the Treble 🏆🏆🏆"

Shubman Gill seems to be on a break after the recent World Test Championship where he did not have a great outing. The opener registered scores of 13(15) and 18(19) in the two innings and did not have a particularly great outing and was fined 15 percent of his match fee for showing displeasure with the third umpire's decision. Gill, visibly upset with the umpire's decision to rule him out in India's second innings, had taken to Twitter and Instagram to show his annoyance after he was given out caught in the slips by Cameron Green.

Erling Haaland had one of the greatest seasons by a player where the 22-year-old piled up goals for fun. Haaland ended the 2022/23 season with 52 goals in 53 games in all competitions. Away from his feats in the Champions League, the Norwegian struck 36 league goals for City, breaking the previous Premier League record set by Andy Cole and Alan Shearer.
