The Day 1 of the first Test saw some exceptional moments. After Pat Cummins opted to bat first, the visitors were jolted with big blow as both their openers depart with the scoreboard reading 2/2. While Labuschagne and Smith tried to take the game from that moment, the Indian bowlers took away the limelight with their brilliant performance. The Day 2 will also offer something exciting with the teams putting their best efforts.
Apart from this international match, the Women’s T20 World Cup 2023 will get underway in South Africa. The hosts will square off against Sri Lanka in the tournament opener. Meanwhile, three T20 matches are also lined up for the day with a double-header in BPL while a single match in International League T20.
In football, only Indian Super League will feature on Friday (10 February) with one match between Odisha FC and Hyderabad FC. Meanwhile, four NBA regular season fixtures are also lined up for the day (February 10).
