The Phoenix Suns star forward, Kevin Durant, is one of the most talented NBA players in history with his high-scoring games despite having a tall and thin frame in the highly competitive and contact sport. During a podcast, his former Warriors teammate and now-retired Andre Iguodala commented on KD's workout regime, and the 'Easy Money' hit back at the 39-year-old through his social media handle.
In an episode of the Point Forward podcast, Andre Iguodala and former NBA star and current coach, Evan Turner, talked about the "one flaw" in the Slim Reaper's game. Iguodala said, "There's only one flaw in KD's game and it has nothing to do with basketball. KD’s only flaw is he won’t lift weights. That’s it." He added, "You can foul him and he is so good, they get mad and they just let them foul him. KD, if you just lift weights."

The two-time NBA champion was quick to respond to the recent criticism aimed at him by his former teammate and blasted him along with Turner through his X handle. Durant wrote, "Now I don’t lift weights, aight man….. these boys say anything on these podcasts."
Talking about the 2023-24 NBA regular season, Durant's Phoenix Suns are placed 10th in the Western Conference standings with 13 wins in 24 matches and are 5-5 in their last 10 games. The Suns lost their previous clash against the Brooklyn Nets at the Footprint Center. Durant is averaging 30.8 points, 6,5 rebounds, and 5.6 assists per game while shooting 52% from the field and 48.4% from the three-point.
