The Argentine team created history as they defeated France to win the FIFA World Cup 2022 in Qatar. La Albiceleste took home the elusive trophy after 36 years which led to massive and extravagant celebrations across the world. But some fans attending the event live at Lusail Stadium went pushed the limits. As Argentina marched towards victory, two fans of the Albiceleste were going topless.

These two fans were Instagram models with usernames - noe.dreams1 and milubarbiie_, who hail from Argentina and were present in Qatar to support their team in the final.

Both these women were extremely vocal throughout the fixture and also went topless as the La Albiceleste won the penalty shootout and win the World Cup.
As the video of these two women went viral, fans on social media were concerned as there have been strict guidelines issued against such actions, ahead of the World Cup, by Qatari authorities.

Qatar Tourism has released a statement regarding the restrictions on clothing and in-decent exposure. The guidelines said, "Visitors (men as well as women) are expected to show respect for the local culture by avoiding excessively revealing clothing in public. It is generally recommended for men and women to ensure their shoulders and knees are covered."
The Qatar Tourism Authority has also further specified that allows them to ban women from showing cleavage or wearing tight clothes. A similar controversy was created involving a Croatian fan, who was in the spotlight for wearing some questionable clothing.
