In a recent video which is going viral on social media, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak can be seen playing cricket at his residence at 10 Downing Street. The video is from the recently done photoshoot of the T20 World Cup winning England team. The Three Lions-led by Jos Buttler recently visited the PM residence along with head coach Matthew Mott.
In the video going viral, Sunak can be seen playing with the likes of Sam Curran and Chris Jordan. While the 24-year-old all-rounder bowled some serious deliveries that completely bamboozled Sunak as the latter struggled to get the bat to the ball, Jordan intervened throwing some fast pace and lethal deliveries. After a couple of deliveries, Jordan bowled a beautiful outswinger, taking Sunak’s wicket and leaving him completely stranded.
Talking about the two cricketers who can be seen in the video - Sam Curran and Chris Jordan are now gearing up for their next assignment. While Curran will be donning the Punjab Kings jersey after getting picked for a record price of INR 18.90 Crore, Chris Jordan failed to get a bid in the Player Auction in December 2022.
