Upthrust Esports on Saturday, March 2 announced its third BGMI event for the 2024 season, named India Rising Series 2024. The tournament which boasts of a prize pool of INR 15 Lakh, with the open qualifiers having over 2000 slots.
What is the format of Upthrust Esports India Rising Series 2024 BGMI event?
The Upthrust Esports India Rising Series 2024 BGMI event will have open qualifiers with over 2000 teams. The top eight teams from each group of the open qualifiers will progress further. The Quarterfinals of the event will see eight invited teams competing with eight qualified teams and the top six teams from here will proceed for the League stage.

128 Groups (16 teams in each group)
1 match per group
Top 8 from each group qualify for Round 1
Round 1:
1024 Teams
64 Groups (16 teams in each group)
1 match per group
Top 4 from each group qualify for Round 2
Round 2:
256 Teams
16 Groups (16 teams in each group)
2 matches per group
Top 4 from each group qualify for Round 3
Round 3:
64 Teams
4 Groups (16 teams in each group)
3 matches per group
Top 4 from each group qualify for Round 4
