India captain Rohit Sharma made a befitting comeback in the first ODI against Sri Lanka after being out of action due to a thumb injury. Sharma was on the charge straightaway as he drove Kasun Rajitha past mid-off for a boundary to open his account. The opening batter then hit two consecutive boundaries against the same bowlers in his next over to get going. The India captain then unleashed himself, hitting a couple of sixes against Rajitha.
