Virat Kohli has had yet another scintillating Indian Premier League (IPL) with the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in 2025. In 13 innings, he has scored 602 runs, currently ranked fifth in the IPL 2025 Orange Cap race. With eight half-centuries, some of his best knocks this season have come during high-pressure run-chases, where the IPL veteran has flourished.

RCB vs PBKS Qualifier 1 IPL 2025 preview
The IPL 2025 season has now reached its business end as only the top four teams remain in the playoffs. In the first playoffs match, which is the Qualifier 1, RCB is set to take on PBKS at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh international cricket stadium, Chandigarh on May 29, 2025. Both the teams, who were drawn level on points after the commencement of the league stage matches are now set to face off each other in what will be an exciting fixture.
PBKS, lead by Shreyas Iyer, has reached the playoffs for the first time since 2014 and a win tonight would directly take them to their second ever IPL final. RCB, on the other hand, who have reached the final on three occasions, are also yet to win the coveted trophy, and a win tonight could bring them closer to it this season.
