Former Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh also shared his thoughts on Kohli’s retirement and revealed that even her daughter Hinaya messaged 36-year-old and asked him why he took retirement.

Why did you retire from Test cricket? Even my daughter asked me, 'Papa, why did Virat retire?' She even messaged Virat saying, 'This is Hinaya, Virat, why did you retire?' Virat's heart also sank. He smiled and replied, 'Beta, it's time". He knows the best," Harbhajan said in his interview with Instant Bollywood.

Star Indian all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja also hailed Virat Kohli’s captaincy in Test cricket. IN his interaction with Ravichandran Ashwin on Ashwin’s YouTube channel, Jadeja said that Kohli was a kind of captain who never gives up and always wanted his team to pick all 20 wickets in the game. Kohli has been India’s most successful captain in Test cricket leading India to win 40 wins in 68 Test matches under his captaincy.

"It was his positive approach - especially in Tests - the special thing about Virat is that he always wanted the team to pick 20 wickets in a Test match, so he never gives up at all, Be it a three-hour session or 45 overs left, he would still want to pick up all 10 wickets of the opposition," Jadeja said.
