Chennai Super Kings are taking on Gujarat Titans in their last match of IPL 2025 at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Playing their final game of the season, CSK posted a mammoth 230/5 in their 20 overs while batting first. The visitors got a great start as Ayush Mhatre and Devon Conway put up an opening partnership of 44 runs in 3.4 overs. Mhatre took charge in the second over by Arshad Khan and smashed 28 runs in an over.
Batting first, CSK scored six runs in the first over by Mohammed Siraj. After that, Arshad Khan came to bowl the second over of the innings. On the first ball, Ayush Mhatre took a quick double with Devon Conway at the non-striker’s end. After that, he went on to smash two fours and two sixes on the next four balls respectively. He finished the over with a six, collecting 28 runs from six balls by Arshad.

Talking about the match, CSK registered their best batting performance in the ongoing season in their last game of IPL 2025 as they posted 230 runs for the loss of five wickets in their 20 overs. After giving a good start with bat, Ayush Mhatre got out after scoring 34(17) runs. After that, Devon Conway and Urvil Patel added 63 runs for the second wicket. Patel got out after scoring 37(19) runs while Conway scored 52 runs off 35 balls hitting six four and two sixes.
Shivam Dube also contributed with a quickfire 17 runs off eight balls. After that, Dewald Brevis and Ravindra Jadeja put up a partnership of 74 runs for the fifth wicket. Jadeja remained unbeaten on 21*(18) runs while Brevis got out on the last ball of the innings scored 57 runs off 23 balls hitting four fours and five sixes.
