From suffering a cardiac arrest to being back to play professional football, it has been some journey for Eriksen and there is immense respect for him among everyone.

Well, a glimpse of the same was at display on Saturday during the game between Brentford and Norwich City. Christian Eriksen was starting his first professional game after a gap of 266 days and as expected, there was love and respect from everyone around him.

Eriksen vs Williams - A foul that ended with smile

In the 40th minute of the match, Eriksen was involved in a duel with Brandon Williams and eventually pulled him down to inflict a foul. Williams had no idea who the opponent player was, at that time, and he was visibly angry with the tackle.

When both the players fell down, this is when the Norwich player realized that it was Eriksen who had fouled him and in matter of seconds, the anger had turned into smile with both players giving each other a quick hug instead. Well, it was indeed hilarious but heartwarming!
