Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo had a priceless reaction after fans filmed him as he went to dine out in a restaurant on Friday. Ronaldo’s time in Saudi Arabia hasn’t turned out to be what he expected as his new team, Al-Nassr, was eliminated from the Saudi Super Cup. But the only redeeming factor for him has been the fan support, as CR7 supporters have flooded social media and stadiums to catch a glimpse of the Portuguese superstar.

But these fans made life slightly difficult for Ronaldo as they whipped out their phones to capture the former Manchester United star as he exited the restaurant where he was celebrating the 29th birthday of his partner Georgina Rodriguez. Reacting to this, Ronaldo also pulled out his phone and pointed it towards the fans as he mirrored their actions with a smile.

Going back to the Saudi Super Cup game against Al-Ittihad, Ronaldo failed to find form as he managed to register only two shots at the goal out of which only one was on target. He also struggled to pass the ball and had a 79% pass completion. The Al-Nassr manager Rudi Garcia called this a poor performance and talked about how Ronaldo’s missed chances in the first half were one of the big issues in the 3-1 loss.
While talking to the media, Garcia said, “One of the things that changed the course of the match was Cristiano Ronaldo’s missed opportunity in the first half. I congratulate Al-Ittihad. They presented a much better first half than us, and we played a good second half, but unfortunately, we were not able to adjust the result.”
