During Real Madrid and Barcelona's friendly clash in Las Vegas on Sunday, fans in the stadium booed Barca defender Gerard Pique whenever he had the ball in his feet. Barcelona won the game 1-0 with the help of an absolute piece of brilliance from the new signing Raphinha.
Due to the unavailability of their star striker Karim Benzema, Real Madrid displayed a lacklustre performance. The Catalans' new signing Raphinha displayed a promising game by scoring the only goal of the match in the 27th minute.
Recently, Gerard Pique and famous singer Shakira announced their separation due to which the footballer was being mocked by both Real Madrid and Barcelona fans. A few people were heard screaming 'Shakira, Shakira'. Many fans on Twitter have shared the video and also expressed their opinion on the entire turn of events.

Jordi Alba commented on the fans jeering the Blaugrana defender and said, "I don't know what the whistles are about. It's true that we heard it, but I don't think he's too worried about it either. We know him. I think he is much more motivated when he is whistled than when he is applauded. He has been getting whistled at and booed for a long time, but I don't think he is going to lose his sleep over it."
Barcelona will begin their La Liga campaign against Rayo Vallecano on August 14 while the last season's champions Real Madrid will face UD Almeria on August 15.
