Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane was seen at the iconic Lord’s and got a chance to enjoy one of his favourite pass times of cricket. The England captain was present at the toss for The Hundred fixture between London Spirit and Manchester Originals.

He then participated in a six-hitting challenge and also was in the commentary box alongside Indian cricketing legend Ravi Shastri. Kane was accompanied by his Spurs teammate Matt Doherty as the duo went head to head in a six-hitting challenge against each other before the start of the match.

Talking about the Spurs, the Lilywhites registered a dominant 4-1 victory over Southampton where Dejan Kulusevski had a stellar performance. The Swedish winger scored one goal and dished out one assist. Spurs were down 1-0 when the former Juventus man sent out a cross for Ryan Seggusson’s goal and scored the final goal of the fixture.

Reacting to this performance, Kulusevski said, “I want to score more, and that’s how you do it, you start the season with a goal and keep going from there. I had a lot of time, I couldn’t miss from there, I got the goal, I’m very happy. It’s very important for me and for the team. All my goals come from this sort of area.

“I have to keep scoring these goals but also to evolve my game and score different goals. I have to grow. I have to get better in every way. I want to be a better footballer, so I have to keep listening to my fantastic coach, continue to be humble and keep living my dream.”
