The South African bowler, known for his precision and lethal bowling dismissed Netherlands batter on the first delivery of the seventh over, and in this process, claimed his 150th ODI wicket. Rabada’s delivery bowled with extra bounce from back of a length, which Singh tried to respond with a pull shot. However, the batter’s misjudgment of the bounce led to a top edge straight into the air.

The Proteas wicketkeeper Klassen, positioned at slip, showed great reflexes and sprinted backwards to hold the ball. With this catch, Singh was sent back to the hut for a mere 2-run score off 16 balls. Speaking of the match, South Africa's lethal bowling attack destroyed Netherlands’ batting line-up as they had lost five wickets by the end of 25 overs.

Speaking of the tournament, Scott Edwards-led side haven’t been able to open their win accounts as of now. South Africa, on the flip side, run on an undefeated win streak of two matches in the ongoing ICC tournament.
