There have been many unique entrance styles in the history of WWE. But Undertaker’s 'The Deadman' gimmick with his iconic theme song and special lighting has been considered arguably the best entrance in the wrestling business. And that was the reason Middleweight Champion Israel Adesanya used it during his fight with Jarod Cannonier at UFC 276.

With the likes of Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, and Triple H octagon side, the Last Stylebender arrived at the ring wearing the WWE Hall Of Famer's hat and had The Undertaker's theme music playing in the background.

Adesanya also carried a gold urn, another item synonymous with the former WWE Champion, to the octagon and it had his UFC 276 opponent's name written on it. The middleweight champion also had the perfect lighting in place.

Adesanya defends his crown

Coming to the contest between Israel Adesanya and Jarod Cannonier at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Adesanya successfully defended his crown. The Last Stylebender retained his title via unanimous decision as he outscored his opponent to secure the win. The judges scored the contest 49-46, 49-46, and 50-45 in Adesanya’s favor.

It felt like an easy day in the office for the middleweight champion as he outstruck Cannonier 163-141 in the fight and even had a 116-90 advantage in terms of significant strikes. Post his win over Cannonier, Israel took the time to credit the opposition coach and praised their game plan. "They had an excellent game plan. It was really hard to get my follow-ups going," said Adesanya.

The UFC middleweight champion also showed his intention to fight Alex Pereira, who also competed at UFC 276 and secured a knockout win over Sean Strickland. Notably, Pereira defeated Strickland (25-4 MMA, 12-4 UFC) by first-round knockout in the high-stakes middleweight bout at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
