Lucknow Super Giants head coach Justin Langer and Delhi Capitals skipper Rishabh Pant hold a deep bond with each other and the former is often seen praising the 26-year-old talismanic keeper-batter. On Wednesday before their clash against each other in Lucknow, the duo were seen having a banter over Ricky Ponting’s height.
In a video posted by LSG on their social handle, Pant was involved in a discussion with former Australia coach Justin Langer over Delhi coach Ricky Ponting. Pant told Langer that Ricky was angry and the duo walked towards the legendary batter, where the LSG coach asked Pant to tell Ponting, "Is it true that I'm (Justin Langer) taller than him (Ricky Ponting)?"
Rishabh Pant then asked Ponting flamboyantly to which Langer hilariously commented, "2 centimetres." Ponting too took a cheeky dig on his former teammate and said Langer wears six-inch high heels.

On Friday, April 12, Lucknow Super Giants are set to host Delhi Capitals in their fifth game of the season. The home side are on a three-match winning streak while the visitors are situated at the bottom of the points table with only a single win in five games. Lucknow will miss their young pace bowling sensation Mayank Yadav against Delhi owing to a side strain.
