It is hard to find words to describe Rajasthan Royals' win over Punjab Kings at the Dubai International Stadium on Tuesday. While theft is the closest word that comes to describing how they pulled off a win, believers of magic would say they have pulled a rabbit out of the hat. The match was Punjab Kings' to win. With eight runs required to win off the last two overs that too with eight wickets in hand, who would have thought Punjab would mess it up.

However, Rajasthan Royals kept on believing and turned the game on its head in the final two overs. While PBKS scored four runs of the second last over from Mustafizur Rahman, Kartik Tyagi was trusted for the final over and the speedster conceded just a single while picking up two wickets to win the match for his side.

A video shared by the Jaipur-based franchise shows the wild dressing room celebrations. While everyone was clearly pleased, the youngsters were more pumped up after the win. The hero of the match Kartik Tyagi along with another emerging pace bowler Chetan Sakariya even danced shirtless to celebrate the performance which has given a big boost to their playoff qualification race. Rajasthan are now fifth at the points tally with eight points from as many matches.

"Straight from a ????? dressing room. #HallaBol | #RoyalsFamily | #IPL2021," the video was captioned.

"Feeling happy. I was injured during the India leg of IPL 2021, and when I recovered the tournament got cancelled. Very happy to get the chance today. I have spoken to seniors for the last few years. Everyone has said that game can change anytime. I knew I have the death-overs skills," Tyagi said after he received the Player of the Match at the post-match presentation.

In overall 12 matches, Tyagi has taken 12 wickets at an average of 35.66 and an economy of 9.27. It was only the 20-year-old's second IPL match of the 2021 season and it is likely that on the back of his match-winning bowling ability, he will get a few more matches under his belt.

With age in his side and the pace and talent that he has shown so far, Tyagi could have a great career ahead of him.
