The Sacramento Kings, without star guard De'Aaron Fox, defeated the Utah Jazz 125-104 at the Golden 1 Center on Saturday night in the 2023-24 NBA regular season. In Fox's absence, the 23-year-old forward Keegan Murray came up tall and delivered a franchise record of 12 made three-pointers to help the Kings light the beam with a huge 21-point victory.

Kings forward Keegan Murray scored a game-high 47 points, which is also his career-high performance, with eight rebounds and 12-off-15 from the deep. Murray scored 45 points at the end of the third quarter after playing just 32 minutes with eight rebounds, and two steals.

Apart from his Sacramento Kings franchise record made threes in the game against the Jazz, the Kings forward scored 26 points in the third quarter and also registered his career-high 16-off-23 FG made. With less than two minutes remaining in the third quarter, Murray knocked down his 12th 3-pointer off 13 attempts.

Following Murray, Kings center Domantas Sabonis registered another double-double with 20 points and 10 rebounds with eight assists and shooting 90% from the field. Apart from them, Malik Monk scored 18 points while Harrison Barnes registered 16 points with 6-off-11 from the floor and 60% 3-point shooting.

For the Jazz, Colin Sexton scored a team-high 28 points with 10-off-18 from the field, followed by Lauri Markkanen's 18-point game. Apart from them, Talen Horton-Tucker and Taylor Hendricks scored 12 points each. With this win, the Kings climbed to the fifth spot in the Western Conference standings with a 15-9 record while the Jazz are placed 12th with nine wins in 26 matches.
