Los Angeles Lakers’ legend LeBron James recently appeared on Athlon Sports and didn’t hesitate while discussing the 2020 NBA bio bubble. In 2020, when the COVID-19 broke out, the 2019-20 NBA season was suspended in March. Utah Jazz’s Rudy Gobert contracted the infection and became the first player to become the victim of the virus. His infection resulted in the shutdown of the tournament. In July 2020, the competition returned with the game at the Walt Disney World bubble in Orlando. Los Angeles went on to win the championship with the victory against Miami Heat in six games. James emerged as Finals' MVP in the bubble.
Appearing on ‘Mind The Game’ show, LeBron James talked about discipline in the bubble. "I agree when a lot of people say it's the purest form of hoops. Like it was just, it was strictly basketball. You know, we're all like, you know, have the ability to do whatever we want in life. You know, we've made a bunch of money. We have all the access. You know, that's gone in the bubble. You can't just, you know, oh, I'm about to go to a restaurant or I'm about to do this or I have this. You can't do none of that. Like, everything in the bubble was strictly about basketball.”
