In another nail-biting thriller of Major League Soccer, Lionel Messi -led Inter Miami took on LAFC at BMO Stadium on Monday, September 4. In the game where Miami recorded a 3-1 victory over their rivals, crazy scenes unfolded as a Leo Messi fan invaded the field. However, just when the fan was about to approach the Argentine, his personal bodyguard took things in his control.
It goes without saying that the 2022 FIFA World Cup winning captain enjoys a huge fan following across the globe. The incident that took place in the match, was a testament of the same as an ardent Messi follower invaded the field. However, as the young guy was about to fulfil his dream, the footballer's bodyguard, Yassine Chueko, tackled him from behind.
After this, Chueko dragged the fan away, while Messi stood idly on the field. Along with the footballer's personal guard, two security guards from the stadium, also helped in neutralising the situation.
The bodyguard first came into notice in one of the recent matches, when he was seen following the seven-time Ballon d'Or winner throughout the match. Chueko keeps moving on the sideline and follow the football great with his every move. The MLS clash saw many prominent personalities marking their presence in the stadium, including the likes of Owen Wilson, Selena Gomez as well as Prince Harry.
