Game 5 is going to be the hardest game of our lives: Nikola Jokic
After the Denver Nuggets leveled the NBA Western Conference playoffs semifinals series at 2-2 against the Minnesota Timberwolves in game four, Nikola Jokic looked ahead to game five in the press conference, giving his initial thoughts about what to expect. The 29-year-old remarked that game five, scheduled to take place at the Ball Arena, is going to be the hardest in the lives of the Denver Nuggets players.
When asked about the difference in performance for the Denver Nuggets in the last couple of games, compared to early losses, Nikola Jokic remarked, “Probably, physicality, we are matching their physicality, even exceeding it. Playing a little bit smarter. I think we don’t have so many turnovers. We don’t give them (the) option to run, have some easy ones. I think defense is actually really good.”
