Ravi Bishnoi, the young spinner of Punjab Kings (PBKS) has once again made headlines not only with his stunning spell but also with his superb fielding. He once again took a blinder and helped Mohammed Shami pick up his sole wicket in the game against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on April 30.

The incident happened in the final over of the match while RCB were chasing a total of 180 in 20 overs. Veteran Shami came in to bowl the final over and Kyle Jamieson welcomed him with a massive six over deep square leg. The third delivery went for a boundary to the third man from Harshal Patel. However, the bowler had a different plan.

Shami bowled a low full toss on the stumps which Patel hit. Although he thought he wouldn't get out, Ravi Bishnoi didn't miss the opportunity. He ran from long-off, dived and pulled off the one-handed stunner to send HArshal Patel back for 31 off 13 with 3 fours and 2 sixes as well.

As far as the game is concerned, Punjab comfortably won the match.

Earlier, Royal Challengers Bangalore had won the toss and invited Punjab to bat first. Despite removing the new opener Prabhsimran for 7, their in-form KL Rahul and Chris Gayle maintained their onslaught and added 50 runs in 26 deliveries. The deadly duo added 80 runs before Gayle became the victim of Daniel Sams.

On the other hand, Rahul played the anchor's role and smashed an unbeaten 91 runs off 57 balls with 7 fours and 5 sixes. Their middle-order woes continued and only Harpreet Brar could manage 25 off 17 with a boundary and 2 sixes and helped PBKS put up a total of 179.

While chasing, Virat Kohli led RCB didn't have a flying start as in-form Devdutt Padikkal scored a mere 7. Apart from Kohli (35) and Rajat Patidar (31), their middle-order failed to steady the ship. However, Kyle Jamieson scored 16 and Harshal Patel scored 31 towards the end. Although, this was not enough to win the game, their quick scores helped them to reach near the 150-run mark as they could manage 145 runs in their allotted 20 overs and eventually lost by 34 runs.
