Just like old days, Real Madrid and Barcelona played out another thrilling El Clasico in the semi-finals of Spanish Super Cup. Despite the end of Ronaldo-Messi era, the spark of the famous rivalry between the two clubs was seen once again at King Fahd International Stadium on Friday.

After Vinicius Jr scored the first goal of the contest, Luuk de Jong pulled one back for Barca. A similar sequence of events happened in second half when Karim Benzema's goal was cancelled out by Ansu Fati's header which meant that the match ended 2-2 after 90 minutes.

In the extra time, it was Federco Valverde who came up with the match-winning goal in 98th minute to book Real Madrid's spot in the finals.

As the whole stadium erupted with joy, a section of Real Madrid fans celebrated in some style. 4 years after Cristiano Ronaldo left the club, the supporters made sure that they would give a nostalgia to their counterparts as they screamed 'Siuuuuu' in a crazy tribute to their leading goal-scorer of all time.

Some of the people inside the stadium were also seen recreating the famous CR7 jump, adding salt on the wounds of Barcelona players and fans.
