Jude Bellingham, the Real Madrid midfielder, sent out a post on his official Instagram account, sharing pictures and videos of himself enjoying the festivities at home in England with his family during Christmas break. It included a video of the 20-year-old playing cricket inside a virtual net at a Sixes Social Cricket venue, hitting a six off a full ball.

Unlike the footballing season in England, wherein matches are played during the festive period, the top footballers in Spain get a break during Christmas time. With Real Madrid not in action for the better part of two weeks, Jude Bellingham took the opportunity to visit his family and soak in the festivities with them in England.
During his stay at home, the winner of the Golden Boy award for 2023 was reportedly in attendance for two of the matches of Sunderland, the North East England football club where his brother Jobe Bellingham plays. The post on his official Instagram account from Jude Bellingham, accompanied with 10 pictures and videos, were captioned, “Christmas break well spent”.
