In match 10 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are taking on Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. After being invited to bat first by the KKR, the RCB skipper Faf du Plessis had to depart early, but Virat Kohli kept the scoreboard ticking.
However, Cameron Green and Glenn Maxwell too added some runs to the scoreboard, the latter survived two chances before being dismissed by a brilliant catch from Rinku Singh. While he was dropped on the second delivery of the 13th over by Ramandeep Singh, Sunil Narine dropped him at short third man on the fourth delivery of the 14th over.
But soon after this, the Australian all-rounder, Glenn Maxwell departed having scored 28 runs off 19 deliveries. Rinku Singh, who went up to sweeper cover, completed the catch and kissed the ball to celebrate the prized wicket. On the other hand, the Maxwell looked disappointed with his wicket as he was seen screaming in anger.
