The most talked about incident from this matchup happened on the third ball of the 21st over in the Jersey team’s run chase. Rohan Mustafa of UAE bowled a flighted off-break to the batter Josh Lawernson who spooned it straight to him. Mustafa showcased a swift reaction but still, he had a juggling act with the ball and caught it on the third attempt. In the very next moment, he actually pointed the ball towards the groin area of the non-striker Harrison Carlyon as if he is going to have his number next with a potential Mankad dismissal.
Immediately afterwards, both Rohan Mustafa and Harrison Carlyon had a big laugh in the middle as they saw the funny side of the incident.
