Rohit Sharma, in the net session, was seen busy improving his defence skills. Meanwhile, R Ashwin was improving his bowling skills. Besides, other players, including Virat Kohli, Shubman Gill, Ravindra Jadeja, and Yashasvi Jaiswal, were also seen practicing for the upcoming Test match in Brisbane.

Rohit Sharma and Co. eye sounding comeback in third Test of BGT

After an embarrassing loss in the 2nd Test at Adelaide, Team India is drilling hard to strike back and gain some momentum. After the loss, there has been a lot of criticism by fans demanding the retirement of Rohit Sharma and R Ashwin. The star batter could score only nine runs in both the innings combined. On the other hand, Ashwin could scalp only one wicket.

Now with this aggressive practice session, both players, along with other teammates, seem to be working towards fighting back in the third Test. While Kohli was observed practicing check drives, whereas Sharma alternated between defensive strokes and backfoot drives. Opener KL Rahul, who performed well in the first Test, also worked on his defensive game during these sessions. The team's bowlers, Ravindra Jadeja, Ravichandran Ashwin, Mukesh Kumar, Yash Dayal, and Akash Deep, were seen participating in these training sessions while under careful supervision from the coaching staff.
