Top-order batter Ishan Kishan scripted history as he became the fourth Indian to score a double-century in 50-over cricket. Kishan smashed 210 in 131 balls against Bangladesh which included 24 fours and 10 sixes.
After Shikar Dhawan was dismissed for 3, Kishan partnered up with Virat Kohli to help the Men in Blue score 305 in just 35 overs. The pair batted incredibly well but a moment involving the two has won hearts. As the 24-year-old youngster reached his milestone, Kohli brought out the bhangra as the pair celebrated this historic moment.

With this magnificent double century, Kishan joins an elite club of every few international players, who have achieved this feat. Along with the Mumbai Indians star Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and Rohit Sharma have hit 200 or more runs in an ODI game.
Whereas on the international stage four batters have reached this milestone. New Zealand's Martin Guptill, West Indies cricketing legend Chris Gayle and Pakistani southpaw F akhar Zaman have scored double centuries in 50-over cricket.
Now talking about former Indian captain Virat Kohli, the Delhi-born batter also managed to score a century after Kishan's dismissal. The 34-year-old scored 113 runs in 91 balls with 11 boundaries and two sixes.
This century also helped Kohli overtake cricketing legend Ricky Pointing's record of 71 centuries. The former Australian captain had scored 41 hundreds in Test cricket and 30 in ODIs. But now Kohli is second on the list, only behind Sachin Tendulkar and his 100 centuries across two formats.
