In the first innings, Venkatesh Iyer's (70-off-52) and Manish Pandey's (42-off-31) crucial knocks helped KKR to post a 170-run target as Nuwan Thushara and Jasprit Bumrah picked three wickets each while skipper Hardik Pandya picked up two wickets. Mitchell Starc's four-for-33 followed by Varun Chakravarthy, Sunil Narine, and Andre Russell picking up two wickets each helped KKR to bowl out MI in 18.5 overs at 145 runs with Suryakumar Yadav scoring 56-off-35.
