One such name is the opening batter of the reigning champions, Gujarat Titans, Shubman Gill. The 24-year-old had an explosive season of the famous T20I league, where he smashed three tons. As he is set to play yet another explosive inning for his side in the final summit, former India great and current Mumbai Indians mentor Sachin Tendulkar hailed him for a brilliant season.

One century ignited @ mipaltan's hopes, while the other dealt them a crushing blow.
