Team Aryan qualified for the Esports World Cup 2025 by securing victory at the BMPS 2025 in New Delhi on 6th July. The team will compete in the PUBG Mobile World Cup at EWC 2025, which is set to be played in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 25 July to 3 August. The team is set to travel to Riyadh for the World Cup, but according to some players, a few members do not have passports and could miss the flight. If this happens, Team Aryan needs to loan players for the EWC 2025, but should they be allowed to do this? We asked the Associate Director of Esports at KRAFTON India, Karan Pathak, about this.
Team Aryan can loan players for the Esports World Cup 2025 if passport issues occur
The answer is "Yes" — Team Aryan can loan players from other teams for the Esports World Cup 2025 if they want, or if some players from their team are not able to fly because of passport issues.
SportsTiger asked Karan Pathak, Associate Director of Esports at KRAFTON India, whether the BMPS 2025 winner will be allowed to loan players for the Esports World Cup 2025, and he confirmed it. He said, “I think all teams have 6-member lineups. 2 of them have 5-member lineups. So if they do accommodate someone, which has been done in the past, I think it should be okay.”
Team Aryan delivered an outstanding performance in the Grand Finals of BMPS 2025 in Delhi, securing the victory. The team currently has players - Aryan, Syrax, Devotee, Hitler, Vishu, and Manas4u.
The team is now ready to compete in the PMWC 2025 at the Esports World Cup 2025 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from 25 July to 3 August at Qiddiya Esports Arena. The team will first represent India in the Group Stage along with 23 other teams. The top 8 teams from the Group Stage will qualify for the Grand Finals, while the remaining 16 will compete in the Survival Stage to fight for the last 8 Grand Final slots. The top 8 teams from the Survival Stage will join the already qualified 8 teams in the Grand Finals, and the top teams from the overall standings after 18 matches will be crowned champions of PMWC 2025.
