The 27th match of the ongoing Indian Premier League will take place between arch-rivals Mumbai Indians (MI) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.

With three wins from six games, Mumbai are currently placed at fourth in the points table whereas CSK are leading the chart after having won five games out of six. While the two-time defending champions Mumbai had a rather forgettable start this season, Chennai can be seen in their old form which was missing last season in the UAE.

Mumbai Indians faced two back-to-back losses against Delhi Capitals and Punjab Kings before they bounced back convincingly against Rajasthan Royals. However, Mumbai has lost its usual form to dominate the opposition, mainly because of its middle-order woes. Since the game will take place in Delhi, it will be easy for them to score on a flat track.

On the other hand, Chennai has been dominating the opponents quite well with their abilities to score quickly in death overs and claiming wickets in the Powerplay. Moreover, their openers - Ruturaj Gaikwad and Faf du Plessis have been in formidable form. They provide flying starts whereas their pace-spearhead Deepak Chahar successfully takes wickets inside the powerplay.

Along with them, they have Ravindra Jadeja - the one players who has been contributing to all three departments on a consistent basis. Although Mumbai have a better win percentage over Chennai, considering the current form, Chennai will have the upper hand in the game.
