As India registered a dominant win over Pakistan in match number five of the Champions Trophy 2025 in Dubai on February 23, star all-rounder Hardik Pandya also achieved a major milestone in the game. India defeated Pakistan by six wickets to register their second win of the tournament with Virat Kohli smashing his 51st ODI hundred. Pandya also played a crucial role in India’s win as he ended up taking two wickets by conceding 31 runs in eight overs.
With this, Hardik Pandya completed the milestone of 200 wickets across all formats in international cricket. The right-arm fast bowler now has 200 wickets to name from 216 matches in all three formats combined since his international debut in 2016.
Hardik Pandya has played 11 Test matches, 91 ODIs and 114 T20I matches in his international career so far. In these games, Pandya has taken 17 wickets in Tests, 89 wickets in ODIs and ended up taking 94 wickets in the T20I format for the Indian cricket team. He is the latest addition in the list of Indian players with 200 or more wickets in international cricket.
