2015 ODI World Cup - Group Stage

2015 odi world cup group stage

Continuing the tradition started in 1992, India comfortably defeated Pakistan in the Group stage of the 2015 World Cup. Starting off with the bat, the Men in Blue lost Rohit Sharma early, but Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan steadied the innings. Dhawan departed at 73, but Kohli scored a brilliant 107 and helped India post a 300-run target. With the ball, Mohammed Shami was the destroyer in chief as he picked up four wickets as Pakistan was all out at 224. The game was watched by 313 million people.
