After winning the first ODI against Australia in Mohali, Team India are expected to put their best foot forward and clinch the three-match ODI series with back-to-back victories. However, the team have suffered a major blow as star pacer Jasprit Bumrah is set to miss the 2nd ODI against Australia on Sunday in Indore.

The Men in Blue displayed a spectacular performance to win the first ODI against Australia by five wickets and eight balls remaining. Mohammed Shami was adjudged the Man of the Match for his sensational bowling figures of 5 for 51 in his 10 overs while four Indian batsmen hit half-centuries including Shubman Gill (74), Ruturaj Gaikwad (71), KL Rahul (58*), and Suryakumar Yadav (50).

Team India will look to continue their winning form, however, star pacer Bumrah will miss the second match against Australia as the team management has given a short break to the 29-year-old to visit his family.

He has gone to visit his family and given a short break by the team management. Fast bowler Mukesh Kumar has joined the team as Bumrah's replacement for the 2nd ODI.  Bumrah will join the team for the final ODI in Rajkot."
