India completely dominated West Indies in the first Test match in Dominica as they ended up winning the game by innings and 141 runs margin inside three days itself.
Talking about this game, West Indies winning the toss opted to bat first and got bundled out for just 150 runs as they failed to read the spin variations from Ravichandran Ashwin. India in reply, went onto post 400-plus runs total onboard with the help of brilliant centuries from debutant Yashasvi Jaiswal and skipper Rohit Sharma.
India after playing 152.2 overs declared at a score 421/5, just after Ishan Kishan scored his first run for India in debut Test and they ended up taking a huge lead of 271 runs. West Indies in reply, got bundled out for just 130 runs in their second innings as once again R Ashwin ended up taking a five-wicket haul (7/71) with the ball.
