Wrestler Rounak Gulia and her husband Ankit Gulia are accused of defrauding ASP rank officer Deepak Sharma of Rs 51 lakh in an FIR filed at the Madhu Vihar police station in East Delhi. Sharma, who is well-known for his passion for bodybuilding, alleges that professional wrestlers Rounak Gulia and her husband, Ankit Gulia, defrauded him of INR 5 lakh. In his complaint, Mr Sharma stated that while watching the reality series "India's Ultimate Warrior" on the Discovery Channel, he had the opportunity to meet Rounak Gulia, a national and state champion wrestler.
Ankit Gulia, a pro wrestler, is a well-known health product entrepreneur, and Rounak Gulia notified Sharma that the pair was looking for investors. The Gulias' promises of tremendous returns convinced Deepak Sharma to invest Rs 50 lakh in their company. In the end, the decision to not refund his money was made.
Gulia's coach reportedly discovered her with a slit wrist at her home in Sector 16-17 of the city and transported her to the hospital. The local police have taken down Rounak Gulia's statement and begun an investigation into her allegations.

Rounak claims that the name of the company mentioned by Deepak Sharma was closed almost 18 months ago and that the whole company is not even worth Rs 50 lakh now. She challenged them to arrest her if they had any proof. She went on to say that Sharma was after her because of an unfinished financial deal with her husband. Sharma allegedly threatened Rounak over the phone over the previous two to three months, according to Rounak.
