Indian Table Tennis fans are ready for an enthralling tournament as Goa gets ready to host the WTT Star Contender 2024 from January 23 to 28. The TT spectacle will witness some top players from all around the globe battle it out in India’s biggest international table tennis tournament. The WTT Star Contender 2024 will feature over 17 of the top 20 players in the singles main draw along with world-class in other disciplines as well.

The WTT Star Contender Goa will allow players to secure ranking points and qualify for the WTT Cup Finals and WTT Champions Series. Talking about this TT world event, Megha Gambhir, co-founder and CEO of Stupa Sports Analytics, shared how this tournament will provide fans with enthralling action and help the growth of the sport in India.

She said, “It’s truly heartening to witness the enthusiastic response from the global table tennis community. The first edition showcased top-tier players, and this year, we continue the tradition with 17 Top-20 paddlers in the singles main draw. With an exciting line-up, we’re set to deliver another mega carnival of table tennis, promising high-voltage action for fans worldwide. In my eyes, this event holds special significance for India’s TT community."
