After an ODI series defeat against Sri Lanka, Team India will aim to comeback strongly from that loss as they are set to host Bangladesh. The two neighbouring nations will take on in a two-match Test series, starting September 19, followed by three T20Is scheduled to start from October 6. Moreover, the side will see the return of star players like Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, and Jasprit Bumrah among others.
As the team assembles ahead of the opening Test, the Men in Blue have called in Jammu and Kashmir pacer, Yudhvir Singh as a reserve bowler for the Test series against Bangladesh. Although there hasn’t been an official communication on the same, reports from the Kashmir Sports Watch state that Yudhvir will join the side for the upcoming Test series.
