Former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh has been around the world of sports ever since his retirement. Although the cricketer hasn’t been seen on the cricket field since Road Safety World Series 2022. But in his latest Instagram story, which he shared on Friday (17 February) has grabbed a lot of eyeballs on whether he will feature in IPL 2023 or not.

In his latest story in which he wished his Royal Challengers Bangalore teammate AB de Villiers, who celebrates his 39th birthday today (17 February). The cricketer in his post wrote, “Happy Birthday ABD! One of the finest humans and an absolute legend in every way!” He also hinted to see the South African great on the field again in the same post as he captioned, “From mastering the pitch to now mastering the course. See you soon buddy! @abdevilliers17”

However, the answer remains clear that the former Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh will not play the IPL as he announced retirement from international cricketer and has also featured in international T20 leagues, which rules him out of playing the Indian Premier League.

 

AB de Villiers also announced retirement from international cricket in 2021 and will thus not feature in the India T20 league. But it is sure that the AB de Villiers will be present with the Bangalore-based franchise in a different capacity as promised by the cricketer.
