Cricket is a game of thrill, passion and action. However, in recent times, the beautiful sport has also become a source of entertainment. While the players enjoy the exciting moments they produce on the field, the fans, commentators and even the umpires don't miss a moment to steal the show.
Well, something similar happened during a local cricket game recently. When the batsman smashed a six, the umpire started to dance while walking towards the batsman. In a hilarious turn of events, he jumped over the shoulders of batsman and then signaled six, to produce one of the most crazy umpire moments on the field of cricket.

The commentators also couldn't control their excitement on witnessing the crazy sequence of events. "Ye kamaal hai, ye lajawab hai, aur ye chakka Gaurav ne maara hai, unke kandhe par chad ke ishaara de rahe hai umpire, Divyendu (umpire) ka ishara hai 6 runo ko. Ye lajawab hai, ye super hai, " the on-air commentator exclaimed while talking about the funny moment unfolding on front of their eyes.

It was indeed quite a fun sight to watch for the viewers to see the umpire also having some fun in the middle. The profession of officiating is undoubtedly one of the most difficult tasks in sport and it is actually heartening to see umpires, possibly inspired by Billy Bowden, also finding ways to entertain the fans.
