Yes, this player is former Rajasthan Royals leg spinner Pravin Tambe, who made his IPL debut at the age of 41.

The film is directed by Jayprad Desai while veteran actor Shreyas Talpade will play Pravin Tambe’s role. The man himself, Pravin Tambe reacted to the news by saying, “I feel humbled that my story has inspired so many and now has been made into a film. Shreyas Talpade also expressed his thoughts on playing a cricketer as he said, “After 17 years of playing the lead in Iqbal, I feel very fortunate that I am portraying Pravin on screen.
