A few months back, several reports were going around that former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag and his wife Aarti Ahlawat are getting divorced after the couple reportedly unfollowed each other on Instagram. There were several sources that claimed Sehwag and Aarti have been living separately for a long time. Now, another rumour has sparked buzz among fans which include the newly elected BCCI President Mithun Manhas.
Notably, Mithun Manhas is Virender Sehwag's long time friend and both have played with each other in the initial days of their professional career. Now, a few days after Manhas’ appointment as BCCI President, the rumour broke out that he is having an affair with Sehwag’s wife Aarti Ahlawat.

The rumour broke out after journalist Abhishek Sharma shared a cryptic post on X on October 7. Tripathi mentioned the case of Murali Vijay and Dinesh Karthik in 2009, hinting that we might see a similar situation again. His post went viral on social media creating a buzz among the fans. Apart from that, the fans also noticed that Sehwag’s sons, Vedant and Aryavir also follow Mithun Manhas on Instagram.
Not only this, an old picture of Aarti Ahlawat and Mithun Manhas from 2021 is also resurfacing on social media adding more spice to the controversy. However, these are only rumours and there isn’t any confirmation regarding this controversy. Virender Sehwag and Aarti got married at former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s residence in 2004. However, in recent times, there have been rumours that the things are not going great between the couple.
