Australian skipper Pat Cummins was seen training with the team at nets ahead of the much-awaited Ashes 2025-26 starting on November 21. Cummins suffered a lumbar stress injury during the West Indies tour back in September 2025 and has been out of action since then. Cummins isn’t also included in the Australian squad for the first Ashes Test In Perth as Steve Smith will take charge as captain.

The fans are eager to see Pat Cummins in action in the second Test against England and the star fast bowler was seen training with the team as providing a sigh of relief for the Australian supporters. The second Ashes Test is scheduled to be played at The Gabba in Brisbane from December 4 to 8 and Pat Cummins is likely to return in the Australian lineup before that.
