Pakistan Super League is undoubtedly one of the most famous T20 Leagues across the globe now, alongside Indian Premier League and Big Bash League. The tournament has grown from strength to strength since its inception in 2016. Apart from some incredible domestic talent which PSL has produced, it has also attracted a lot of big overseas stars over the years.
But despite the success that some of them have had in international cricket and various other leagues around the globe, PSL proved out to be a tough nut to crack. Here is a list of 5 foreign players who failed to live up to the expectations and can be termed as ‘flops’ in Pakistan’s marquee T20 League.
Chadwick Walton

The opening batsman from Jamaica has been rated very highly because of his exploits in T20 leagues across the globe. Known for his power hitting, Chadwick Walton was never the same player in PSL. He played for Islamabad United and Karachi Kings from 2018 to 2021 but failed to make an impact which was expected from him. In 27 matches, he only amassed 451 runs at an extremely disappointing average of 21.47. As a result of his inconsistency, the Kings released Walton after the end of the previous edition of the tournament.
